You are still buying a house.  So, you will what you pay if you bought a regular house.  BUT.......you may be responsible for the seller's side of municipal taxes or fees.&#13;
&#13;
Also, you usually can't inspect the house beforehand, can't have a mortgage or home inspection contingency.  You will be buying blind.  If this bothers you even a little bit, don't do it.&#13;
&#13;
You may also want to find a local REALTOR(R) or real estate attorney who does these types of transactions to help you through it and give you the local flavor.&#13;
