I can tell you that the market here seems to be holding it's own. Housing can be priced very fairly. With some carefull planning and some good neighborhood reports you will be able to purchase a home now to enjoy and live in and then be able to resale in 5 years. If you need any help with this I am more then happy to help. I  have plenty  of local information to pass on. plus plenty of local Real Estate  information.
