It's a buyer's market.  The ecomomy, foreclosures, to much builder inventory in past years and more stringent mortgage requirments now have all combined to make for lots of great deals.  However,  there are actually fewer homes on the market in McKinney than in previous years.  Builder inventories have all but dried up and sellers who don't need to sell are keeping their properties off the market.  &#13;

However, I don't expect prices to stay down for long.  Buyers are seeing the opportunities and Collin County and McKinney are the fastest growing areas in the country.  &#13;
