I had posted this in an earlier question from another person looking for a Lease-to-Own house. Hope this will give you some more options.
----------------------------------------
Go onto Craigslist under the "for rent" ads. Go through the ads and reply to all that you like (that ARE NOT Real Estate Agents and NOT Property Mgmt Companies) and VERY SIMPLY ask them if they would sell at the end of the lease. When you get back responses such as....."Absolutely yes...i would love to because i couldn't sell with a Realtor, etc.........., email them back and ask how much of a purchase price did they HAVE TO get, what type of rent credits will they give you and how long of a lease will they consider. You'll already know how much per month they need from their ad.

Lease-to-Own deals are more often CREATED than they are found by ads or the MLS.

If you need any help creating some Lease-to-Own deals....or putting the paperwork together, Let me know. If you even want me to call and email the sellers for you, I can do that too. You want to try to make it a win~win for you and the seller while protecting yourself in the deal.

Best of Luck,
