At a quick glance I could not find any recent sales of a parcel that large.  There are small parcels that start at over $25,000/acre for prime location building lots.  That makes the larger parcel more attractive in the price per acre but make sure that you can use the property the way you intend and check restrictions.</description><pubDate>Tue, 10 Feb 2009 20:49:19 -0800</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
