The grounds are very pretty and well-kept. Units in here range from 1 bedroom flats to 3 bedrooms townhouses. Prices go from the mid $200s to over $600,000. All units have attached garages, some have river views and all are very convenient to downtown Summit, major highways, Newark Airport and the Short Hills Mall.

Answer by Catherine Carone

The answer to your question is very easily resolved. For instance are schools, transport or major roads a factor?
if you need an agent that is not just concerned about the sale , but that takes your needs seriously then call me. I live and work in the area and would love to help.

But, that field is not included. The link will take you to existing townhomes and we can confirm which do or do not have pools.

Realtor.com provides "pool" as a search option, but not all townhome listings have pool individually checked off. It is one source to use.

Your best option is to receive listings direct from a Realtor who can sort through and provide you only those that do, indeed, have pools.

Answer by Don Hansen

Several area developments offer this. Sunrise in Gillette, Spring Ridge, The Cedars, and Society Hill in Basking Ridge, Heritage Green in Chatham all have pools on the property. You can get into Spring Ridge at about 225,000 for a one bedroom condo and prices go up from there. Please feel free to contact me to discuss you exact needs further.
