Now homes are affordable again! There are a lot of foreclosure and pre-foreclosure (short sale) properties on the market, but I expect that they will all sell by June 09. Lots of houses in the $200K range just west of Loma Linda in 'Cooley Ranch'. South of Barton there is a shortage of well-priced homes.
