Utah is a " public oral bid foreclosure state" often referred to as a "deed" state. All 29 counties have to hold an annual tax sale. They are held during the months of May or June. Although for historical reasons they are often conducted the last Wednesday in May. You need to contact the county clerk or auditor to get a list of properties that will be held at the tax sale.
