I own a home there that is currently rented for 2 years. Thanks!

Answer by Kenzie Kipper

Crosswater is about 75% sold out but and has been around for 4 years now. They are opening a new addition to the Crosswater neighborhood with 62 homes soon. It sounds like they will be around for some time, so if you feel you are in need of selling, I would love to discuss your options with you.

I would imagine that in 2 years time the market will have corrected and they should be done in there. Positive things are going on in the Real Estate Market.

I hope to get back to you in the next day or so.
