You may want to hook-up with a Realtor to move your investment homes faster.  A Realtor can get your homes the exposure to help move them faster.  If you put ads on free advertisement avenues that's all well and good, but when you can get them listed on the MLS, they have exposure to other Realtors that have buyers ready and waiting to find that perfect property. Trulia only accepts listings that are represented by a broker/agent. As an owner, you may create an ad in the blog section, and even upload photos and videos along with posting links. you might want to take a look at the blog attached to the link below. Good luck.&#13;
