There is a down payment assistance program for a limited time in Pinal Conty. Also USDA financing is O down and excellent interest rates. Casa Grande, Arizona City areas also quaify as rural areas for this program.

Also the $8,000 tax credit may apply under certain scenerios toward down payment.

There is a lender now that has a 1% down payment program available with FHA financing.

Let me know if you have interest.

Have you spoken with a lender yet about the USDA program? If that doesn't work a family member could give you a gift so you could go FHA (3.5% down). Let me know if I could be of any assistance.

Check new construction.

There are home builders providing new homes for those kind of circumstances.

If you are looking to buy in Casa Grande you may be able to get a USDA or Rural area loan and it may be 100% financing.

If that doesn't work the VA is also 100% financing.

If that doesn't work and you do not own any other property and have not owned any other property for the last 3 years+ then you may be able to use your $8,000 tax credit toward the down payment.

If that doesn't work you can get a gift from a family member for the down payment.

As with anything there are a lot of rules and regulations that go along with all of this so you need a great mortgage professional on your side during a purchase.

Please feel free to contact me for further info.

Thanks have a great day.
