Its a streamline refinance.  You bring your May payment to closing because you cant raise your loan amount enough to include that payment.  You dont need an appraisal so there is a strict calculation you can use to raise the loan amount and its not much.&#13;

An FHA streamline is a very easy way to lower your payments.  No income, no appraisal, and not a ton of closing costs like when you bought the house.  &#13;

This is a 100% legal program, we have done them since 1998.
