Other costs can be for an estoppel letter from a Condo Assn or HOA, title company fees, VA non-allowables if your buyer is getting a VA loan and the list goes on...   Your Realtor can give you a breakdown of estimated costs.  If you're selling FSBO, contact the title company you have chosen (Sellers normally chose the title company) to close the transaction.  If you contractually allowed the buyer to select the title company, contact that title company for a copy of the Preliminary HUD-1.&#13;
