So for rentals in the Lafayette, IN, area I would suggest you contact your local Century 21 office and ask the agent to check the rental website for you.

Answer by Janice Goyette

Hello Craig,
Before I was an agent I was a property manager so I hope I will be able to help! A great way to find single family homes for rent is by looking through our local paper, The Journal and Courier. If you are currently not living in the area you can search the website, jconline.com. Another place you can look is purdueexponent.org. Most house rentals don't advertise as much as apartments. Most have signs in the yards of the rentals. You can also google management companies in Lafayette/West Lafayette and find info. There are many management companies in the area that have websites. As an agent at Coldwell Banker Shook, I would be happy to email fellow agents your info and have them contact you. Many agents own rentals and would be able to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Price range, size, school district is helpful. You can contact me at jgoyette@shook.com if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Answer by Becky Johnson

The best place to look for rentals in the Lafayette & West Lafayette area is our local newspaper site: www.jconline.

Go look at the site www.activerain.com. It is a free registration site (use my email as a referral, I can get some points) that is for real estate professionals and consumers. Search though the Tippecanoe county and look around. You may find something. When you in the market for a mortgage don't forget to me. I can help with all situations.
Good Luck
