That short term a rental will be something. Is there any other amenities or needs or just the very basics. There might be some on Craigslist.org there is a link for the Hickory/lenoir area. I know some rental agents in that area if you need their names. I use to live in Conover and Newton before that. My parents live in Lenoir so I do know the area.
