In Northern Virginia we finally have an inventive real estate agent that has created an MLS wiki. It is a website where buyer agents can preview properties and post there comments about those properties. If the house is vacant the agent can post pictures of the interior of the home for customers to view. I usually post 50-80 pictures per vacant house and 3 or 4 exterior shots for occupied homes.
