There is usually a link provided. You can certainly call your local police department. Also, you can do a search for sex offenders on any of the major search engines.

Answer by Brian Burke - Kenna Real Estate

You need to check with the Local law enforcement agency. Crime is a bit more difficult sometimes, but here in Phoenix, there is a website (faxnet1.org) that takes crime data and associates it with a geographic area so that you can at least get an idea of the area's crime activity. You might want to check with a local REALTOR in Denver to see if there are some comparable services locally. Hope this helps.

Answer by Susan Walker

Here are some more links. Also, call the local police department and county sheriff directly. They will be the best source of information.

It has a map with little squares where offenders live and work and also colored by type of offense.
