Hopefully is you were selling your home You have done it by now. We are located in Hudson Oaks. Our listing with in the last 6 months have been on market 193 days on average. There have only been 4 that have sold in this price range and they were on the market 170 days. These numbers are pulled from the Properties price between 400k-600k in weatherford. It depends on the area in parker county you are in but this will give you an idea. If you still have questions just call and I will be more than happy to help you.

Answer by Kathy Fisher

Hi Karen. I haven't been in trulia for a LONG time, obviously, but thought I would tell you what I just found.
I am in the process for listing a property in Springtown in the $340k to $365k range and was doing a CMA anyway,so I just up the price and checked out ALL of Parker County to see what the average DOM would be for this price. I used $475k to $600k just to get the best idea. SUPPRISINGLY in the past six months there have only been EIGHT properties sold in the Parker County area in this price range! I thought it was bad here in Wise County!! ANYWAY.....the average days on market (DOM) for these properties was 176 days. Now one property that was priced at $575k stayed on there for 405 days.
Hope this helps, even though you probably DON'T NEED this anymore.
Take care and happy SELL'ng.
