The following is a link to the properties that I was able to find in the "Del Prado" School district. As you can see there are different options available around your price range. Boca Grove requires the payment of a membership equity. You might want to verify that the properties are actually within the Del Prado attendance boundaries by going to the following address: http://www.palmbeach.k12.fl.us/, then 1) click on the tab "Schools", 2) click on the tab "Boundaries", and then 3) scroll toward the middle of the page were you will find the "Address Look up" button.

If you need a "gifted" evaluation I can recommend a GREAT Child psychologist. I have a listing in Del Prado school district www.panacheway.com. Estancia is also a great area.

Answer by Eileen

Del Prado takes students from other areas of Boca, if they qualify. If you would like me to email you the listings, Jay, send me your email address. The homes are quite attractive!
MARILYN JACOBS - marilynfjacobs@gmail.com. 561-988-0070. It is NOT mandatory to join Boca Pointe Country Club, but a social membership is not expensive (I believe around $10,000).
