Church Hill is a historic quaint small town that has great potential, especially if you have a family or looking for a place to call "home". I have sold two homes in Church Hill last year and right now I can show you some really fantastic homes. Yes, things have definitely slowed down in QAC. Ryland homes like all the other builders have come to a slow halt. So of course, you can get some really good deals. Are you already working with an agent. Please go to my blog about QAC: www.qachousingmarket.com or call me at: 443-786-0200. Good Luck!

Answer by Mandm

If you are looking to have one built then go to ryland.com and look for specials they are always offering 40,000 in free stuff and good interest rates. They just had a special that ended the 18th that had 40,000 plus 15,000 in closing costs and upgraded cabinets. I would check there first before going in.

Answer by Mandm

Are you looking to make an offer on one of the model homes for sale or one that is to be built?
