Whether you decide to rent or buy, I would recommend Joy Doherty and her group at Realty Executives. She is a very experienced and knowledgable professional who has assisted my Southern California clients in their move to Prescott. She handled their relocation and helped them rent a home while they purchased and built their home in Prescott. Joy and her team worked very hard to accomplish my client's goals and treated them with patience and respect.
You can reach Joy at 888.443.3081 or visit her website, www.joydoherty.com

I have personally inspected over 2,000 homes in Yavapai County from Yarnell to Cornville and all points in between. I only work with buyers as my skills and knowledge of local property values and areas provide buyers with a well experienced and area knowledgable agent who is not dependant upon making a sale.

I would love to help. You may want to check out a few of my websites first. www.WelcometToPrescott.com and www.BradBergamini.com email or call. Prescott has many great Realtors so I know you will be taken care of, you might want to take the time to interview a few before heading out and looking at homes you may, lease or buy.

I do not deal with rentals, but I am happy to share the knowledge I have, and help you make the right decision. The answer depends on a number of factors, but one of the most important is how long you plan to stay in this area. If you will be here for a realtively short time, it is probably best to rent or lease. If you are likely to stay for at least a few years, then you are better off buying and building equity.

Answer by Suzie Higgins ABR

Hi There,
