Trulia Voices: We are a family of 6 with pets. We are seeking a 4bdrm 2 bth on a lease option to buy. E-mail me at j.deich@comcast.net We are current 1 year out of a CH7 Bankruptcy. The home we are renting right now is way too small for us. We are forced to put 3 teenaged boys in one bedroom. We live in Indian Heights and the homes here are very small. My wife and I are both professionals and have worked at our jobs right at years each. We need a 4-5 bdrm home that we can lease for a year then purchase afterward. Our current home we've never ever been even a month behind. We don't bother our landlord with repairs and such. We fix it ourselves. We've lived here for almost 3 years and we are now outgrowing it. Please, if there is a home that exists with what we need, let me know.
