But let's just say that a Mall, beachfront luxury hotels, new amusement park, rezoning, awesome minor league ballpark for the Mets, and more is only the beginning... the home of Nathan's Hot Dogs, the hot dog eating contest, The Wonder Wheel and the world famous Cyclone is BACK big time... and this rennaissance will not die down.
