Do you think there could be a potential for re-zoning which might throw the community over into Little Elm. What should be the idea per sqft price for the home there?

Answer by Mark Chovan

Highland has some homes for sale that were purchased back. We "my clients" just closed on a 3400 s.f. Highland Home for $280,000.

Answer by Kari Byrd

I live in what was a Highland model home and I live in Little Elm. It is so new and exciting all the great things that are coming out this way. Plus with the bridge about finished, that will open up all kinds of avenues in our area. Its all good here !! I would be glad to assist you, you're in my neighborhood. 972-983-5009

Answer by Barbara Capobianco

Stonewater crossing is an excellent subdivision. I honestly do not feel you have anything to worry about. For Resale west of Tollway has done great! New homes are great, however? If you are not sure if you are going to be in it for a long time, I always suggest a resale. The reason for that? When you buy New homes and add all the great upgrades, seems to put you upside down. That is really the norm that I have seen in most areas. If your really serious about getting a great deal on a home? I would suggest call (972) 757-4527

The only time this happens is when one district is consolidated into a larger or higher functioning district.
