Process of getting divorced and need at least 3 bedroom. Does not have to be new home can be older home. Trying to stay in center grove area. It seems everyone says they can help but then they run credit and forget it. I am a hard worker with 2 jobs and just looking to start over. I have heard of a broker but no luck hearing back from one.

Answer by Martin Wallinger

The person who advised you not to do a rent to own, I think gave you terrible advise... especially since they didn't explain why not to do RTO. This is an excellent woay for someone with not so good credit to get back into home ownership. If you are still looking for something, email me and we can discuss possible alternatives that will work in your situation.

Answer by wamu

don't do rent to own, it;s better to save a much as you can until you are ready, to buy.
Sorry to hear about the fact that your credit is presently holding you back from obtaining a home. Please know that this is something that can be repaired, it may take you some time and diligence, but its not impossible.
Perhaps in the meantime I can refer you to someone in your area who can help you. Please contact me and I will be glad to send you to someone who is ready and willing to help you.
