They have press releases and other information that can help. www.portlandmaps.com is a good place if you know exactly what property address you are looking at. www.co.washington.or.us is good for the Washington County area of the Portland Metro Area and www.co.clackamas.or.us is for Clackamas County. You may have to dig a little, but it wont be too hard to find their press releases. I hope this works well for you!
