There are numerous properties available with owner financing options as well as lease/purchase options. Also, look in the North Georgia Trader. There's always something with owner financing available in the Real Estate section. Owner financing is a popular trend in the area.....feel free to contact me if you have questions!

Answer by Lesa Clark

You would need to contact a real estate agent in Dalton and if you have a property iin mind then that agent could talk with the agent of the property or to the owner.

Answer by Joshua Jarvis - Georgia Realtor

There's no way to know a total number of owner financing deals in a given area. The resources are the MLS which will have some. From there you go to the newspaper, craigslist and other outlets. Plus, there are several owners who won't say upfront that they are willing to do that.

The best thing to do is to talk to a Realtor that has investor connections in the area. You can call local offices to inquire about this. Most investors are open to the option.
