the master bed downstairs in connecticut. Is it a big

disadvantage from a resale point of view after 3-4

years.

What variety of buyers would I be able to attract?

Would it be only the elderly, or other people do like

this kind of a home as well.

It has the master bed downstairs - with attached bath,

and 2 more bed rooms upstairs with a common bath.

Is a ground floor master suites a big disadvantage

over townhomes with all bedrooms upstairs ? Otherwise,

I love the place. There are some significant number of

55 communities in the area.

Young family? Retired couple? Single? Young professionals? The answer to that question will help in the answer of your question.

So basically, it all depends on your typical buyer for that area. A young family probably would not want the master on the first floor, a retired couple would. An older famly, with kids maybe in high school, would probably love the arrangement. It probably wouldn't matter to a single person or a childless young professonal couple.
