We have a few of the established communities, where pricing has not dropped as significantly as other areas. The prices for condominiums in Bonita Springs have gone down significantly - from the high median price in the 4th quarter in 2006 which was $470,000 to the most recent quarter ended June 30, 2008 where the median price of $300,000. In essence the prices have dropped about 36%.&#13;
