I think we have seen almost everything on the market in our price range. If you know of any listings about to come on the market we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for a SFH, 4 BR, under $1m. We have an agent who is working this with us as well. Thanks!

Answer by Brandon Schuppe

I spending money, if I were you agent, YOU WANT TO SALE YOUR CRIB?

I apoligize for the reaction you received from Barry, in "Alabama".

You must really be up on real estate terms, because I don't hear consumers use that term much. My suggestion would be to do a internet search for agents in that area. Start calling and making contacts with the agents in that area. I think the real estate agents who come to this site represent a small percentage of the overall agents.

Good Luck.

Answer by Barry Lynn Miller J.r.

Pocket listings is a scary title for most people so maybe reword the question
Like Looking for property in North Center 4BR under $1M will pay a bonus

Or I spending money this is what I will buy

And honey I 'm from Alabama and if you want to spend that kind of money- if I were you agent I would be knocking on every door in town saying "HEY MAAN YOU WANT TO SALE YOUR CRIB" LOL

Just playing good luck on the search

Answer by NonRealtor

Maybe you can look at one of these 18 foreclosures in your area
