As for resale value I would be more than happy to show you the trends past and present. Please feel free to contact me for any questions you may have.

Answer by Michael Adams

Good morning Stephanie,
Along with Mary I, too, recommend contacting the Franklin Township Police Department for the best information regarding neighborhood crime stats. And I also must agree that both communities offer excellent resale values.

What you didn't state is how many bedrooms do you need; is a basement important; a garage; do you prefer loft-like living, must you be close to public transportation; what outdoor amenities do you seek? Kingsberry Acres is a singular community whereas "Quailbrook" encompasses a number of different townhome developments offering varied floorplans and ammenities. In the end, which community is best depends upon what features in a home are most important to you. To help you sort this all out, HUD offers a list of features that you either must have or would like to have. Go to: http://www.hud.gov/buying/wishlist.pdf to download and print the document. If you are not already working with an agent, I would be happy to assist in finding that perfect home for you.

Real Estate agents are not legally allowed to give out their opinions on such topics. Both communities have excellent resale value. I have personally lived in both and found them to be enjoyable communities with good local amenities. I am listing a Kingsberry tomorrow and just sold one last week.If you are not working with an agent give me a call.
