BUT, if you are off the drid - the only thing holding most people up from building that require permits is power - so if you feel you can get around the system that way - I guess you can do that.  Just remember, some day that property will be sold - permits then may be extrememly high in comparison with what they are today and depending on where you decide to build, the penalties may far outway going through the process right now!</description><pubDate>Sat, 11 Jul 2009 09:04:34 -0700</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
