If so, ask your broker for assistance.  All the listings of foreclosed properties for sale are on your local MLS.  You may have to be creative in your searches, however.  My MLS just recently made life much easier for us by adding a "foreclose/short sale" check box to their data.  If your's doesn't have such a feature, search for "bank owned" in a comments field.
