One of the best kept parks is Birch Hill Estates. This park is on the outskirts of Bangor and is very well maintained by the owner and the mobile home owners. The park owner is quite strict and doesn't allow alot of rules bending. It is also the largest park.

Answer by Matt

Holiday Park is one of the better parks in the area. It is off Essex St not too far from the High School. I think it is a $540 Non-refundable entrance fee to get in. Credit and background check as well.

Answer by Jeffrey Campbell

Hi Deirdre,

I am no authority on mobile homes but since no one else has chimed in... I will.

I had to do some research a few months ago on a couple of mobile home parks and found this website helpful. I live more towards the Augusta area vs. the Bangor area so i don't have much info for you.

But try this website and see if it gives you some information!
