If you haven't owed a home in the last 3 years meaning you haven't deducted interest you can use the first time home buyer credit. Your best bet would be to talk to your tax preparer. I've attached a good link that explains the tax credit.

Answer by Dana Schuster

A mobile is considered a home so you would most likely not be considered a first time home buyer.
