The home must be in decent shape, 2 bedrooms or more, and have a yard where timid cats won't be afraid or get run over. I'd like it near fishing if possible. I can pay around 30,000 or rather that's what I'm approved for.

Answer by Jennifer Harbin

There are multiple listings in the area that fall into the price range you're looking for. Buyers typically do not pay a commission on the sale of property -- don't hesitate to walk in and tell your agent exactly what you've outlined in your question! Any real estate professional can do a search on the Multiple Listing Services to see if there is a home in your area that meets your needs.
