We live and specialize in Villa Rica, Ga and happen to know of some lofts that are available. They are very quaint and have the feel of a loft with brick walls and lots of antique wood. They use to be used as a mill I believe. Let us know and we can give you some pricing.

Take Care,

We looked for lofts in Villa Rica and didn't find any. There are some new construction townhomes called Townsend Village and some resales townhomes called Wilson Mill. There are some lofts in Carrollton which isn't too far from Villa Rica. Midtown Lofts range from the 140's to 180's. And Lawler Lofts run in the 130's. Hope this helps.
Have a great day!
