For your zip code 98087 ... for closed sales between 1/1/2007 and 12/31/2007 2 bed homes sold for 99.74% of the last listed price 3 bed homes sold for 99.45% 4 bed homes sold for 99.68% 5+ bed homes sold for 99.27% By last listed price...I mean not necessarily the original listed price. So if seller dropped their price and then it sold, ...these figures are based on that last listed price.
