I used to live in the Franklin area of Provo and I used the program. It was great.
I purchased a house for $105,000, Provo City gave me $20,000 with 0% interest and I had a mortagage for only $85,000. I paid $664 on my mortgage and had tenants in the basement that paid me $425 a month. It was cheaper than renting in Wymount (BYU Student Housing). After that I sold the house for $174,900. Just do the math. It works!
Give me a call or email me so I can give you the link for that.
