People tend to find about these things from neighbors and other sources and then are upset it was not disclosed. However, some cultures/buyers are very particular and I would probably disclose it if it happened and I was aware of it. I know of several properties that have had suicides and even a murder in one and as an agent, if I am aware, I disclose. The liability/risk of not mentioning it is too significant.
