From the pictures it looks like you have done a lot of work to it, compared to the old pictures, it looks terrific and hopefully will get a lot of showings and offers! Your Real Estate agent should be experienced in getting your property information into and regularly updated in hundreds of internet sites. Internet presence is very important. Realtors need to be internet savy. If you are doing a forsale by owner. You will need to input the information changes into each and every media yourself. Very time consuming process... but very worthwhile.
