I looked at several properties for sale in Parkway Village. I liked the garden feeling and some of the properties (especially some duplexes) were attractively laid out. Others even had a yard. On the negative side, the exterior entrances were in poor repair and most of all, maintenance charges are ridiculously high (about 1,024) compared to other garden apartments.
