It is a tax dedictable charitable donation you can write off at tax time, and more importantly you will help a qualified low-income family purchase their own home.

If you would like to consider this option, please call Newnan-Coweta Habitat for Humanity at 770-252-9049 (ext. 15) or email annaclere@nchfh.org

A question for you. You are not the owner, and, you wish to wholesale flip this property for profit? Is this accurate? Generally homeowners don't use the term "subject-to". If you're in title on this property, please correct me.

I do know some people who purchase these kind of properties via "short-sales".

1st question is what is the mortgage amount on your property?
2nd will the lending institute allow you to transfer it to another party?
3rd they will want their "Realtor" to look at the property and work up the numbers for them.
I know of a couple who might be interested.
