In general, if you earn less than $75,000 and haven't bought a home in the last three years, you are eligible for a rebate of 10% of the sales price up to $8,000. It's a great time to buy, so contact a Realtor and start searching! You can go to my website www.FloridaMoves.com/Louise.Warring and put in your city or zipcode and see everything that's listed.

Happy House Hunting!
