You need to list your home with a Realtor to put the property on this site.

The question I think you should post is "What is the best way to maximize the profit (or minimize the loss) when I sell my home?.

Only ten percent of owners selling without professional representation sell. The vast majority list with a Realtor to sell. I suggest interviewing some Realtors, analyze the numbers, then you make a call. You may be able to sell on your own. However, if you cannot, then you'll have a plan B.

Answer by rockinblu

Allan

Unfortunately you can't. However, if you are doing a FSBO, the link below may be of some interest to you. It will be more coherent if you start with the first post at the bottom.

There are many for sale by owner sites. Realtors have an advantage in marketing but there are several sites for those that are going it on their own. Do a search and I am sure several sites will come up for you.
