I would then check their web to see if they have a BIO that explains had they work and a little back ground on them. Next a call to them for a more formal interview. Good Luck.

Answer by Andrea T.
I would say look for a referral from an agent you trust in your area and then treat it like you are preforming a job interview and questions before making your decision. Please email me and I can send you a buyers agent questionaire so you have an idea of the questions you should be asking. andrea@andreatrobinson.com. I also live in the area and can be reached at 216-409-5390. Thanks, Andrea

Answer by John Wirsing

Good evening,
Are you moving from Kent or to Kent? Best bet would be to find someone that is recommended by a local Realtor that you know or have met & feel comfortable with. This Realtor can resarch the area for you & interview agents in your new area for you.
They can also keep in tpouch with that Realtor for you As well as touching base with you. That way, the out-of-town Realtor will know that only the highest professional standards will be acceptable as it pertains to your new home.
If you would like to talk, please call me at 440-487-2193 or e-mail me at john@callRealtorJohn.com. I live a short hop from Kent if you wanted to meet to talk about what kind of things are most important to you.

The agents, knowing your connection to their previous (and potentially future) clients, will be sure to recommend reputable agents in the area you're going to.

Answer by Elizabeth Bonomo

Hi Ck,

You can go on different real estate broker web sites and view bios of agents. If you find one that interests you call them amd find out if they are a top producer in that area. Also, you can call different brokers in the area and ask them who the top agents in their office are. Then do a telephone interview.
If you are coming to Pa. look me up.

Thank You,

When you get this narrowed down ask the broker for them to recommend an agent that can provide recommendations from past clients with their phone numbers attached. There are still some good ones out there. www.ScottELangley.com
