We've been thru the MLS rental route - have looked at everything - can't really find what we are looking for (3000 sq ft w/ pool, upscale home & community, gated neighborhood) and want to stay under $5K/mo if possible. We'd prefer furnished, but would buy furniture for the right home. Do ANY of you have a client who would consider a long-term lease for the right tenant to carry them through this value trough so they can sell when the market recovers? I appreciate any and all replies..
