I was relo'd back in August 08' to become the CEO of a local manufacturer. We

leased, but have had to move 3 times since (mold, hotel during search, now a looming foreclosure) and are looking for a 12 to 24 mo lease in the area (Hobe Sound to PBG - my wife goes to Bikram Yoga every day and we're trying to keep her drive close).

We've been thru the MLS rental route - have looked at everything - can't really find what we are looking for (3000 sq ft w/ pool, upscale home & community, gated neighborhood) and want to stay under $5K/mo if possible. We'd prefer furnished, but would buy furniture for the right home.

Do ANY of you have a client who would consider a long-term lease for the right tenant to carry them through this value trough so they can sell when the market recovers?

I appreciate any and all replies..

Thanks,

I searched the MLS now and with minimum 3000 SF, Pool, in a gated community 12 homes, unfurnished, came up in those areas.

12 Homes also appeared as furnished annual rentals.

Perhaps there are some homes you have not seen before. Feel free to contact me so that I may email you the list with photos, etc.

Sincerely,

I have a listing that meets your needs - I will check to see if they would consider a lease. I'll be back in touch. I'll also check with my broker as to whether any of our other sellers might be open to this. Thanks, Sally Outlaw, Diane Turton Realtors, Jupiter.
