Do you want to live in a swim/tennis community? There are lots of factors to consider when buying a house. Maria helps identify what is most important to you and makes your home buying process fun! Look at all you'll be able to take advantage of; Low interest rates, higher price limits for FHA loans (FHA loans are great for those who plan use the minimum down payments) currently many homes in Forsyth county qualify for down payment assistance, and if you and your husband have not owned a home in the last 3 years..., our federal government wants to pay you $8,000 in a tax credit (as long as you purchase before December 1, 2009).
