I am interested in a licensed relator, with whom can assist me in finding a multi-family home in the Pelham Garden section of the Bronx. I am searching for a relator who puts the needs and the interest of his client first. My husband and I are pre-approved for a mortgage, we just need a professional and dedicated realtor (someone who is part of the National Association of Realtors) willing to work with us in a professional and honest manner; an agent who is trustworthy and puts the needs and interest of his clients first during the home buying process.

Answer by Liz Steele

Based on your first question and what happened next, RE: Your second question.
It seems as was stated to you, “That your particular market might not be the expertises of those who are giving you the advice.”
Although Pre-approved if another 40 day goes buy and you have not found your home you will most likely have to start the lending process all over again.
Please feel free to visit my profile on Trulia and contact me.
It is always free to talk and maybe you can explain to me a bit more in detail what is actually going on and what you have been told thus far.
The company I represent has many Real Estate Agents, so I may be able to point you in the right direction in finding the right property as well.
