I know of a home in East Falmouth that the owner may consider renting. It is a brand new construction, seconds from Jenkins Pond. It's 3000 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths (one being a in the master suite), 2 car attached garage on a 2 acre retreat lot, hardwood throughout. I could send you the listing with photos.

I have clients that have expressed an interest in renting for up to one year. Their home is located in the Hyannis Harbor area, and has water views. The home is quite spacious and was a recent build. Are you hoping to purchase the home that you rent or do you just need to buy some time?

Answer by Bill Eckler-Florida, GRI

D,

The Realtor can give you a list of rentals and also homes that are rent with an option to purchase. If you would like, we can refer you to an Prudential Realtor on the cape - it's a free service that we provide.
